Jay Steinman Writes Article for Control Engineering Magazine

Image result for control engineering magazineIn the May issue of Control Engineering magazine, our Jay Steinman wrote an article entitled “Defining and Measuring Project Quality.”  In the article, he writes:

“Quality is often described in vague terms that are difficult, if not impossible, to make quantitative measurements. Quality is apparent to the customer, especially when lacking, but what exactly is quality?”

He goes on to answer the question, explaining and defining quality from several angles, describing the reasons to pay attention to quality, and laying out a methodology for project quality management.

Jay earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Nebraska (UNL), and recently earned his Master of Engineering Management degree at UNL. Jay has been with Huffman Engineering for over five years, and his experience with mechanical design, PLC and HMI programming, and qualification and validation have led to his success as a lead project engineer on many of our projects.
